The hotel is in a great location, just a 10-minute drive from many sites, which was convenient for us. However, the room we had, even though it was a suite, was quite small with a double bed only, making it a bit cramped. The cleanliness was also an issue as the previous guest had left a mess in the WC and there were leftover foods around.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The rooms were very disappointing, not living up to the 4-star standard, filled with dust, and not as advertised. However, the discounted price we paid lessened the blow. The service was a mix of unwelcoming behavior but with potential if staff received better training. The dining experience was lacking healthy options and fruit, a far cry from what we had elsewhere in Marrakech.
